An 8-Week Container for Clarity, Regulation, Transformation, and Inner Alignment

This is a guided, eight-week journey designed to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface — and to work with it in a way that feels grounded, safe, and supportive.

Rather than following a single method, this journey gives you structure and choice. There are two key moments where you’ll choose the type of work that feels most aligned for you — whether that’s nervous system regulation, energetic mapping, astrology, chakra work, or a guided subconscious hypnosis journey.

Nothing here is about forcing insight or chasing breakthroughs.
The focus is on listening, stabilizing, and integrating — so real change can take root.

This work meets you where you are, and moves at the pace your system can actually hold.

Who This Program is For:

This journey is designed for those who feel the call to go deeper—but want the freedom to choose how they meet themselves along the way. If you're a creative, an intuitive, a cycle breaker, or simply feeling stuck, disconnected, or standing at a threshold, this is for you. When you're seeking deeper meaning, more impact, or lasting transformation, this doorway is for you.

  • Curious about subconscious, somatic, and energetic work—but don’t want a one-size-fits-all path

How the Journey Works

This is an 8-week guided container that weaves together a pick-your-modality approach with live 1:1 sessions, gentle self-reflection and customized integration practices, and support between sessions.

There are two points on the journey where you'll select the modalities that feel the most aligned. Pick from the following:

  • The Seven Pillars of Structural Energy (repairing energy drains)

  • Chakra Balancing

  • Nervous System Regulation Practices

  • Natal Chart Astrology

  • Past Life Regression Hypnosis

What's Included:

Week One | Orientation + Intention Setting

We begin by grounding the journey. Through a pre-program questionnaire and a one-hour intake conversation, we identify the themes, patterns, and questions that feel most alive for you right now. This week focuses on creating safety, clarity, and intention — while introducing simple nervous system regulation practices to support the work ahead. This week includes a one-hour intake call.

Week Two | Modality One

This week deepens awareness of your patterns and blocks. You'll pick which modality you want to explore, from understanding where you're losing your energy by exploring the seven pillars of architectural energy, chakra balancing, deeper nervous system regulation, or natal chart astrology. Past life regression is an option later in the journey! You’ll receive personalized journaling prompts to help integrate insights and access subconscious awareness. This week includes a one-hour energy mapping call.

Week Three | Personal Subconscious Exploration

Here space is created for insight to settle. This is a quieter integration week, focused on reflection, regulation, and intuitive reconnection. You’ll continue journaling, meditation, and nervous system practices while tracking insights, emotions, and “aha” moments as they arise. There is no call this week as it is intended for solo integration. Support is available if clarification or deeper exploration feels needed.

Week Four | Integration and Intuition Building

This week, we integrate the work done during your personal subconscious exploration and continue the conversation and exploration of your first modality. We'll deepen the practices, talk through ongoing blocks, and answer questions. If you're planning on a past life regression the following week, we'll use this week to prepare you for the hypnosis journey. This week includes a 75 minute call which includes a 15 to 20 minute integrated imagery / meditation journey.

Week Five | Modality Two

This week, we explore your second modality. If you've chosen a past life regression, we'll conduct the regression this week. Otherwise, we can work with natal chart astrology, chakra balancing, evaluating energy leaks through the Seven Pillars of Architectural Energy, or deeper nervous system regulation. You won't have to select the second modality at the start of your journey. Your subconscious will guide you in how this path unfolds. Often times I find that my clients know exactly what is meant for them as the journey progresses.

Week Six | Uncovering Meaning

This week, we'll continue our dialogue around the second modality. If you experienced a past life regression, we'll begin weaving insight into present-day life, specifically discussing how themes from the regression relate to your current life, relationships, work, blocks, self-expression, and patterns. We'll identify areas for further integration and supportive practices to deepen embodiment. This week includes a 45 minute integration call.

Week Seven | Continued Integration

This week supports continued embodiment. You’ll continue working with practices and reflections that help insights settle into the body and nervous system. Ongoing support is available as needed while clarity continues to unfold. There is no call this week as it is intended for solo integration. Support is available if clarification or deeper exploration feels needed.

Week Eight | Clarity and Next Steps

The journey closes with clarity and orientation. In a final session, we review the full arc of the experience, revisit initial intentions, and identify next steps that feel aligned and sustainable. This may include focus areas such as boundaries, relationships, purpose, or self-expression — guided by what feels most resonant for you.

What this journey is not:

  • A quick fix or instant transformation

  • A belief-based system that requires you to accept any particular worldview

  • A predictive or fortune-telling experience

  • A passive experience where someone tells you who you are or what something “means”

  • A replacement for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care

What this work may help you move through:

  • Chronic emotional or energetic exhaustion

  • Fear of visibility or self-expression

  • Repeating relationship or work patterns

  • Difficulty setting or maintaining boundaries

  • A sense of being “blocked” without knowing why

  • Disconnection from intuition or inner authority

This journey is very similar to The Soul Journey, a regression-focused journey. The primary difference is that on this journey, you can pick-your-own modalities if you're not sure that past life regression hypnosis is for you!

Choosing a Guide

The importance of working with a well-trained guide during past life regression work:

Subconscious and regression work requires care, ethics, and discernment. Not all past life regression training provides direct oversight, deep attention to subconscious guiding, and skilled differentiation between leading and guiding.

Credentials are important, so I'm including mine below. I am currently trained in past life regression and imagery-based meditation. I've received my training through Atlantic University, an institution known for its high ethical standards in consciousness studies and regression work. I approach my work with the understanding that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis -- and that my role is not to lead, interpret, or impose meaning, but to guide gently and responsibly.

A skilled guide:

- Prioritizes nervous system safety

- Avoids suggestion or leading language

- Respects your autonomy and inner authority

- Supports integration rather than dependency

- Knows when to slow down — and when to stop

While I am working toward my certifications in pre- and perinatal regression and life-between-lives regression, I do not currently guide either journey.

This journey isn’t about choosing the “right” modality or having the perfect experience. It’s about listening closely to what your system is asking for right now and responding with care. Whether you’re drawn toward nervous system regulation, energy work, astrology, or subconscious exploration, each path offers a different doorway inward.

What matters most is not the method, but the coherence, safety, and integration that follow. This work meets you where you are—and supports you in moving forward with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
