This session is designed to give you clarity, regulation, and insight without the intensity of deep regression work. We begin with intention-setting, grounding, and gentle nervous-system regulation so your body feels safe enough to access imagery and intuition. From there, I guide you through a customized imagery journey based on what you’re seeking — ease and relaxation, reconnecting with intuition, uncovering a sense of purpose, or shifting limiting beliefs around success and self-trust.

The objective of the session is to explore symbolic scenes and messages that reveal what your subconscious is carrying, what your body needs, and what your next aligned steps may be. Your subconscious mind always knows what you're ready for and need to experience.

This single-session regression is designed for anyone feeling stuck, questioning their purpose, or noticing a pattern they can’t seem to break. Prior to scheduling our regression session, we'll begin with a 20-minute intake where we clarify your intention and identify the themes that keep resurfacing in your life — the fears, blocks, or beliefs that feel bigger than logic alone. Then we move into a full 2-hour regression session where you’re guided into a past-life narrative connected to the root of your current experience. Belief in past lives isn’t required for this work to be meaningful —only an openness to exploring the insights your subconscious mind may reveal.

You may explore emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, relationships, or moments that shaped the stories you still carry. The process includes the lifetime, the transition, and any energetic release that naturally arises. The goal isn’t to “solve” something instantly — it’s to illuminate what’s been living beneath the surface and reconnect you with the deeper wisdom that’s always been leading you forward.

Every session includes a follow-up integration email with insights, reflection prompts, and practical ways to work with what came through, so you can anchor the clarity into your everyday life.

Do you struggle with visual imagery in meditation or imagination?

This is so much more common than you might realize! As a non-visual person myself, developing a practice that integrates all sensory experiences is really important to me. I have aphantasia, which means I have a blind mind's eye. In addition to no visuals, I can't hear or smell with my imagery, either. With that being said, I've developed a practice based on self-trust and the felt sense of knowing and can also experience a deep sensory journey. My Background

My background in past life regression work is grounded in formal training through Atlantic University, a university-based program with a strong emphasis on ethical standards in regression hypnosis. I work from the understanding that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis —my role is not to lead or influence, but to serve as a steady guide. Through thoughtfully framed questions and a gentle, client-led process, I support you in accessing your own subconscious intelligence and higher awareness, allowing insight to unfold at your own pace. Nothing is forced, suggested, or directed — this is a respectful exploration guided by your own inner knowing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this clinical hypnosis?

No. My work is not clinical hypnosis or clinical therapy. This is spiritual and transpersonal hypnosis, designed to help you explore symbolic imagery, purpose themes, emotional patterns, and intuitive insight in a safe, supportive setting. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace mental health care. Some of the common clinical hypnosis applications that are not relevant here are: weight loss, chronic pain management, migraines, sleep disorders, cessation of smoking, etc.

What can I expect from hypnosis?

Everyone responds differently. Some people drop into trance easily the first time; others take a little longer to relax into the experience — especially if their nervous system has been in a long-term state of stress or hypervigilance. You can’t “fail” at hypnosis, but it may take more than one session to access the depth or clarity you’re hoping for. This is normal and expected.

Who’s actually in charge during imagery or regression?

Your higher self guides the experience. I am simply your facilitator. You will never be pushed somewhere you’re not ready to go. You are conscious, aware, and in control throughout the entire session. The imagery that emerges is always connected to what you’re ready to explore, understand, or heal.

Is all hypnosis really self-hypnosis?

Yes. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I guide the process, but you create the experience. The insight, imagery, and meaning come from your own inner wisdom.

What if I feel resistance or have trouble relaxing?

Resistance is common, especially for people who are highly analytical, anxious, or used to being in control. We’ll talk through any resistance before your session, because naming it helps quiet the nervous system and dramatically improves the experience. You do not have to “force” anything — we work with your body and your pace.

What if something deeper or emotional comes up?

My work is trauma-informed, and I always prioritize your safety and stability. If deeper material arises, I’ll support you with grounding, emotional processing, and integration practices appropriate for the moment. If you want or need further support beyond my scope of training, I’ll refer you to a clinician, therapist, or specialized provider who can help you continue the work in a safe way. What I've found through this experience is that the higher self shows you what you're ready to see - and not before you're ready to see it.

What is your training and background?

I trained through the Atlantic University Integrated Imagery Masters-level program, an intensive training rooted in transpersonal psychology, regression work, and spiritual development. While my work is trauma-informed, I am not a clinician or licensed therapist. My role is to help you explore symbolic imagery, emotional patterns, and intuitive guidance in a safe, grounded, non-clinical way.

What if I can’t visualize or have aphantasia / a “blind mind’s eye” / non-visual imagination?

This is so much more common than people realize — and it doesn’t prevent you from having a powerful experience. As a non-visual person myself with aphantasia (meaning I don’t see images in my mind at all), I use a technique that integrates all senses, not just visuals. You don’t need vivid pictures. You only need a felt sense, intuition, or knowing for the imagery or regression journey to unfold.

How should I prepare for my session?

For the best experience, please:
• come fully grounded and emotionally settled
• be in a quiet environment where you won’t be interrupted
• silence notifications and close unrelated apps
• avoid caffeine or stimulants beforehand
• give yourself space after the session for integration

Should I block off time after my session?

Yes. Whether you’re doing an imagery session or a regression hypnosis session, it’s helpful to give yourself time afterward to journal, rest, or process anything that surfaced. I’ll provide guidance and integration practices so you’re supported beyond the session itself.

What if I'm unsure which service is right for me?

If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected from purpose, or dealing with a repeating emotional pattern, you may benefit from regression hypnosis. If you’re looking for clarity, regulation, intuition, or insight without deep trance, integrated imagery might be the better fit. Do sessions take place in person or online?

All imagery and regression hypnosis sessions are conducted virtually through Zoom. This allows you to be in your own space, where your body can relax more easily and your nervous system feels naturally safer. Remote sessions are just as effective as in-person work because the experience comes from your inner imagery, not the physical room you’re in.

To get the most out of your session, you’ll need:
• a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted
• reliable internet
• a comfortable place to sit or recline
• headphones (recommended for deeper immersion)
• your camera on so I can monitor your comfort and safety

Please join a few minutes early to settle in, and consider allowing extra time afterward for integration. Virtual sessions create a powerful container when you show up grounded, present, and fully available for the experience.
