Meet the Instructor -

Hi, I’m Jess — purpose coach, podcast host, lover of travel and learning, mom of three kids and a doodle. I’m a burnout survivor myself. For years, I followed the map to “success.” I built two thriving businesses, but knowing what success really meant on my terms, it was always just out of reach. On the outside, it looked like I had it all together. On the inside, I was disconnected from myself, stuck in dysregulation — just going through the motions.

I tried to fill the void with more: more goals, more hustle, more doing. But fulfillment never came. Instead, I burned out completely. I developed fibromyalgia, and eventually had to make the hardest choice of all — to walk away from everything I had built.

That was my turning point. I became a student of my own healing, blending practical tools with energy work, nervous system regulation, and deep soul connection. Today, I bring that lived experience together with my training as a Certified Life Purpose Coach, Entrepreneurial Coach, Meditation + Energy Work Practitioner, and as a graduate student in Transpersonal Psychology — the intersection of mind, body, and soul psychology.

It’s now my mission to help others avoid the same burnout spiral I faced — to reconnect with themselves, reclaim the parts of them they’ve lost along the way, and live with true purpose, meaning, and impact. And it all begins here, with the first step: getting back into the body.
