We honor ourselves where we are, and we intentionally bring our lives back into alignment so that we can grow our businesses, reach our goals, and enjoy the journey.
Business ownership is hard.
You’re responsible for every dollar you earn, the reputation you build in your community, the quality of service you deliver, the systems and processes that keep the wheels turning… I could go on and on.
I know how easy it can be to get lost in the stress and chaos that business ownership can bring into your life.
As a marketer for nearly two decades, and a business owner/entrepreneur for ten of those years, I’ve learned that

Some of the lessons I wish I had learned earlier in my life:
🌟 Hustle culture is toxic.
🌟 Self care is not a luxury.
🌟 I’m the only one who gets to define what success means for me.
🌟 If someone feels compelled to judge me or the choices that I make, let them.
🌟 The most important relationship you’ll ever have in life is with yourself. Invest in the relationship. Take the journey of self discovery… repeatedly.
🌟 The more you know know yourself, the more purposeful, joyful, and fulfilling your life can become.
It wasn’t long ago that I was living a life completely out of alignment.
I wasn’t helping people the way I wanted to help them. I felt like I had completely lost control of the work that I was doing and how I was spending my time. And although I often loved the idea of what I was doing, the actual work was not aligned with my strengths. I felt like I was working 10x harder than I needed to be working - and that’s because I was.
Thanks to a deep journey of self discovery, I now have a clear understanding of:
my core personality traits
my strengths
how to support myself through my challenges
the glimmers that light me up
my natural inclinations for self expression.
And in the process, I’ve discovered that there’s nothing I find more fulfilling in life than helping other women find alignment in their lives so that they can thrive in business and their personal lives.
With nearly two decades of experience as a marketer—helping businesses, including national brands, craft and share their stories—I bring a deep understanding of branding, messaging, and business growth to my coaching. As an entrepreneur, I’ve successfully built and run two thriving businesses, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges and triumphs of starting and scaling a business.
My journey as a yogi for nearly 20 years, combined with my expertise as a Reiki Master, student of astrology, and energy and business coach, allows me to support entrepreneurs on a deeper level—helping them not only with strategy but also with the mindset, energy alignment, and personal growth needed to move past blocks and create a business that truly thrives. This unique fusion of practical business knowledge and holistic energy work enables me to guide my clients in a way that feels both aligned and achievable.
More than anything else, I really just can’t wait to help you find expansion, alignment, and ease in your life, too.

We’re programmed to fear the feeling of fear, so we consciously and subconsciously avoid all situations that might expose us to the dreaded feeling. But when we get comfortable with the feeling of fear and welcome it on our journey as a necessary part of growth, the blocks disintegrate and we start shattering ceilings.
