The Soul Journey | A Guided Eight-Week Experience for Clarity, Regulation, Transformation, and Inner Alignment

Something is stirring. You can feel it — even if you can't name it yet.

Maybe you've been doing the work for a while. Reading, reflecting, trying. And still something feels stuck, looping, or just out of reach. Not because you're doing it wrong — but because the next layer asks for something different.

The Soul Journey is an eight-week, 1:1 guided experience built for exactly that moment. Together we go beneath the surface — gently, at a pace your system can actually hold — to understand what's running the patterns, and to start working with it instead of around it.

How it works

This isn't a curriculum you move through. It's a journey that moves through you in many ways.

Through a series of 1:1 calls, personalized reflection prompts, and integrated somatic and regulation practices, we build the safety and awareness needed for real insight to land. At two points along the way, you choose which modalities feel most aligned for where you are:

You don't have to decide everything upfront. Often, clients find that by the time the second choice arrives, they already know what's meant for them.

The eight weeks

Week 1 — Orientation and Intention Setting We begin by grounding the journey. A pre-program questionnaire and one-hour intake call surface the themes and patterns most alive for you right now. We establish safety, clarity, and intention — and introduce foundational nervous system regulation practices.

Week 2 — Modality One Deepening awareness of your patterns and blocks through your first chosen modality. Includes personalized journaling prompts, somatic tools, and grounding practices. One-hour call.

Week 3 — Personal Subconscious Exploration A quieter integration week. Space for reflection, regulation, and intuitive reconnection. No call — this week is designed for solo integration, with support available as needed.

Week 4 — Integration and Intuition Building We continue the conversation from your first modality, deepen practices, and move through ongoing questions or blocks. If past life regression is coming next, this week prepares you for that journey. Includes a 75-minute call with integrated imagery and meditation.

Week 5 — Modality Two Your second modality unfolds here. If you've chosen past life regression, we conduct the session this week. Otherwise, we continue with whichever path has emerged as most aligned.

Week 6 — Uncovering Meaning We deepen the work of your second modality — or, if you experienced a regression, we begin weaving those insights into your present-day life: relationships, patterns, self-expression, and purpose. Includes a 45-minute integration call.

Week 7 — Continued Integration Ongoing embodiment work. Practices and reflections to help insights settle into the body and nervous system. No call — solo integration week, with support available.

Week 8 — Clarity and Next Steps The journey closes with a final session that reviews the full arc, revisits your original intentions, and identifies next steps that feel aligned and sustainable.

Scheduling & Availability

All intake conversations and regression sessions take place during my local business hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET. We may be able to make substitutions on a very limited basis, although these substitutions aren't guaranteed.
