Reiki Session

Running a small business is a rewarding journey, but it often comes with unique challenges. Let Reiki infuse your life with its healing benefits, balancing mind, body, and spirit.

Details - Your Reiki session will take place from the comfort of your own space. We'll begin with a quick Zoom call so that we can discuss how Reiki can help you. From there, I'll conduct the session while you get comfortable and/or meditate. After the session, I'll call you to discuss how you're feeling and what to expect next. I expect the session to last about 30 minutes, but please hold 45 minutes in case we go a few minutes late.

Some people feel the power of Reiki after the very first session. For others, the healing benefits of Reiki will gradually infuse your life with its healing benefits.

Terms - Reiki sessions are non-refundable but they can be rescheduled if you contact me to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. A reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a cancellation.

This Coaching Consultation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Jess Callahan, ("Coach") and [Client's Name], ("Client") on [Date].

Services Provided:

One distance Reiki session. The 30 minute session begins with one short audio or video, one Reiki session, and one follow up call.

Terms and Conditions:

The fee for this service is non-refundable.
The session can be rescheduled if initiated at least 24 hours prior to your service. Any need to reschedule with less than 24 hours of notice will be considered a cancellation.
The Client is responsible for initiating the scheduling of the coaching call.
The initial call/video call will last approximately 5-10 minutes. The Reiki session itself is intuitively led and doesn’t have a pre-defined duration, but is expected to last approximately 15 minutes. The follow up call should last approximately 5-10 minutes.
During the Reiki session, Client will make all attempts to find a quiet place free of distraction where Client can engage in relaxation and/or meditation.
No physical product will be delivered as part of this engagement.
If available Reiki sessions don’t work with the Client’s schedule, Coach will make all attempts to schedule Client at another time (Monday - Friday during normal business hours).
All information provided during the consultation and in the marketing plan is based on the Coach's education, training, and experience.
Reiki is an energy practice that will be experienced differently by each client. Client acknowledges that some people will feel the benefits of Reiki immediately, while others will integrate their experience in a more subtle way, over time.
Reiki practitioner is not a healer. Reiki is a universal energy that flows through the Reiki practitioner and is not generated from within the Reiki practitioner.
Any additional services beyond the scope of this Agreement will require a separate agreement and fee.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the consultation and course confidential, unless required by law.
All materials, including but not limited to, templates, resources, courses, workbooks, and tools developed by Jess Callahan coaching are for exclusive use by the Client. Under no circumstances should these materials be shared, including login information to course materials.

Payment:

The Client agrees to pay the full fee for the services as outlined in this Agreement upon signing.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By acknowledging receipt of these terms as you complete your purchase, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
